Returns & Shipping

We want you to love everything you receive from us, but we understand that not everything works out.

We are a small, locally-owned business that takes great care in curating our inventory. Each item is carefully selected, and we invest upfront in each purchase, unable to return items to our vendors. Therefore, we kindly request your thoughtful consideration when making a purchase, as we can only provide store credit for returns.

Your understanding and support are immensely appreciated.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. 

Purchases will have fifteen (15) days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to return or exchange (subject to availability). 

Acceptable returns will receive a store credit that is stored in our computer system and will be emailed to you.  

Store credit DOES NOT expire. 

We do not offer refunds. 

All accessories, jewelry, swim, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable or eligible for store credit.  

ITEM CONDITION CRITERIA

Injeanius will gladly accept any un-worn, un-altered merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email so we can take care of it. We want you to love everything you purchase from us, and we will work with you to make it right!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

All returns must be pre-paid. Injeanius must receive your return within 15 days of when the order was delivered to you...
NO EXCEPTIONS.

We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX with a tracking number.

In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Injeanius cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within five business days. You will receive an email with the store credit information.  

Please note that Injeanius reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from date of purchase.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled or shipped on Monday.

Shipped orders will be sent with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you but may charge an additional shipping fee. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once packages have been shipped and picked up, they are out of our hands.

We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday.

If you choose to use our in-store pick-up option, we ask for you to please pick up your item(s) within 7 days of purchase. Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up will be ready in 24 hours. Pick-up orders that are purchased after normal business hours or on non-business days will be available for pick-up by end of day on the next business day. 

We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item.
If this happens, we will notify you via email and refund your order.
